Job Overview
As a Technical Safety and Environmental Specialist at Petroplan, you will lead a Project Technical Safety and Environmental Team to execute a 12-month FEED Project. The project involves a heavy oil/sour service project in the Middle East, requiring expertise in risk studies, loss prevention, noise, and environmental management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a Project FEED HSE Plan, including HSE Activity Plans for the Definition Stage.
- Review HSE legal compliance requirements and create HSE Philosophy Documents.
- Conduct Escape, Evacuation, and Rescue Assessments (EERAs) and Main Facility Siting and Layout Reviews.
- Lead Detailed HAZID, Initial HAZOP, Initial SIL, Main QRA, Asset Integrity, Safety Critical Elements (SCE), and Performance Standards assessments.
- Develop and update Project HSE Risk Registers and Decision Registers.
- Manage ESIA Scoping Reports, Environmental and Social Impact Assessment Studies (ESIAS), and Project Execution HSE Plans.
