  3. Collaborative Implementation: Partner with internal creative teams and external vendors to realize activation concepts. Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from briefing to final execution.
  4. Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of brand activation campaigns, using data-driven insights to enhance current and future initiatives.
