We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Laboratory Manager to join our team at McGregor Springfield. As a key member of our National Laboratory, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our testing operations, ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

• Manage a team of Laboratory Technicians, providing training, development, and career support.
• Communicate with Plant Managers to obtain samples and coordinate daily testing schedules.
• Review test results, identify trends, and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee laboratory operations, including housekeeping, calibration, and maintenance.
• Liaise with Sales and Production departments to ensure seamless collaboration.
• Research and develop new raw materials, products, and construction systems.
• Maintain CE mark testing for relevant products.
• Support the Technical Manager on business proposals and projects.

We are looking for a well-organized and conscientious individual with strong people management skills. Experience in a laboratory or testing environment is desirable, but not mandatory.
