We are seeking a skilled Steel Erector/Cladder to join our team at Initial Recruitment Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing and erecting a large steel frame building, as well as installing external cladding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and erect steel frame buildings
  • Install external cladding
  • Work at heights and in confined spaces
  • Collaborate with other trades to ensure a safe and efficient working environment

Requirements:

  • Hold a valid CSCS card
  • Have IPAF and Telehandler ticket with suspended load
  • Be physically fit and able to work at heights
  • Have excellent communication and teamwork skills
