Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Company Secretary to join our in-house legal team at Sellick Partnership Limited. As a Company Secretary, you will play a crucial role in supporting the General Counsel & Company Secretary in a range of company secretarial duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of meeting materials, including agendas and action logs
- Compiling Board and Committee packs, with a focus on quality assurance
- Taking efficient minutes of Board and Committee meetings
- Managing Companies House and other statutory filings, as well as associated administrative tasks
- Liaising regularly with the leadership team across the Group in the UK and globally
Requirements:
- Experience supporting Company Secretary/Corporate Office administrative tasks
- ICS A qualifications (partial or full)
- Experience working for an insurance or financial services firm is advantageous, but not necessary
