We are seeking a skilled Reservation Agent to join our dynamic team at Drake and Morgan. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing incoming enquiries via telephone and email, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to incoming enquiries via telephone and email in a timely and professional manner
  • Upsell relevant food, drinks, and packages to maximize pre-booked sales
  • Gather customer feedback and respond accordingly
  • Ensure a high level of customer service to generate repeat bookings
  • Maximize pre-booked sales for the venues by converting a high level of enquiries

Requirements:

  • Confident and ambitious sales representative with excellent communication skills
  • Passion for building relationships and providing exceptional customer service
  • Dazzling telephone communication skills and perfect spoken and written English
  • Friendly and professional work ethic, with a willingness to learn new skills
  • IT literacy and previous experience in a call/contact centre or receptionist role in hospitality (preferred but not essential)
