The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Business Partner to join our team at Hymans Robertson. This role will involve working closely with business leaders to design and deliver strategic learning initiatives that drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to understand their plans and challenges, and develop targeted learning solutions to address these needs.
  • Design and deliver learning programs that are engaging, effective, and aligned with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure that learning is accessible and inclusive for all.
  • Stay up-to-date with leading-edge people ideas and practices, and apply this knowledge to inform learning and development initiatives.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure that learning is integrated into the broader business strategy.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in learning and development, with a track record of delivering successful learning initiatives.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and align learning with business objectives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate learning effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
