The ideal candidate will have:

  • Relevant experience in block management, preferably with a focus on property maintenance and contractor management.
  • A strong understanding of property administration, including service charge budgeting and compliance.
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • A minimum of 18 months of experience in property management, with a focus on residential properties.

The successful Block Property Manager will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining the overall condition and appearance of the properties.
  • Managing service charge budgets and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Coordinating maintenance and repairs, including the management of contractors and suppliers.
  • Providing excellent customer service to residents and stakeholders.
  • Managing administrative tasks, including the creation of purchase orders and credit notes.
  • Ensuring the health and safety of residents and staff.
