Job Description

Role Overview

Hunter Selection is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join a leading manufacturer in the FMCG industry. As an Electrical Biased Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of electrical systems and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct safety circuit fault finding and diagnosis
  • Work on 3-phase motor control circuits
  • Develop and implement relay logic and control systems
  • Diagnose PLC faults and optimize system performance
  • Troubleshoot AC & DC variable speed drives and control circuits
  • Apply knowledge of sensors, proximity, and optical systems
  • Work with Siemens, Mitsubishi, Omron, and Telemecanique systems
  • Read and understand electrical drawings
  • Process work orders through the MMS system
  • Prioritize conflicting work priorities

Requirements

  • 18th Edition IET wiring regulations certification
  • Minimum ONC or equivalent qualification
  • Experience in electrical fault finding
  • Strong ability to learn and support the team
