Financial Controller

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our finance team in Hamilton, United Kingdom. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, reporting, and analysis, ensuring the company's financial health and compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement financial plans, forecasts, and budgets to drive business growth and profitability.
- Manage and analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Oversee the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws, financial regulations, and company policies.
- Build and maintain relationships with external auditors, banks, and stakeholders.
- Provide strategic financial advice to senior management to inform business decisions.
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel, with experience in financial modeling and analysis.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualification is preferred, with a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
