Field Service Vehicle Technician / Roadside Assistance Specialist

Location: Chesterfield

Compensation: £29,700, with potential earnings up to £42,500

Key Responsibilities of the Field Service Vehicle Technician / Roadside Assistance Specialist:

  • Collaborating with the breakdown response team to attend to vehicle breakdowns, diagnosing issues on-site.
  • Providing customers with clear explanations of vehicle problems and recommended solutions.
  • Performing vehicle servicing and general maintenance, including electrical and diagnostic work.
  • As a representative of the company, delivering outstanding customer service is essential.

Qualifications Required:

  • A Level 2 qualification in light vehicle maintenance (or equivalent)
  • Proven technical, electrical, and diagnostic expertise
  • A strong customer service orientation
  • A valid UK driving license
