Role Overview

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in establishing a leading brand within the Insurtech sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take charge of the entire recruitment lifecycle, encompassing role definition, candidate sourcing, CV evaluation, assessment strategy, interview script creation, and conducting interviews.
  • Enhance our employer branding to attract both prominent talents (referred to as 'shouting talents') and those who are less visible (known as 'whispering talents').
  • Collaborate closely with management to refine our onboarding process.

We seek individuals who are humble and share our enthusiasm for developing and executing innovative business strategies.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree with exceptional academic performance.
  • Possession of a valid UK work permit.
  • Flexibility in approach and mindset.

This position is based onsite, with a standard workweek from Monday to Friday.
