We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bar Team Member to join our team at the Millers Arms in Canterbury, Kent. As a Bar Team Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have a memorable experience in our pub.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide warm and welcoming service to customers, ensuring that they feel valued and appreciated.
  • Prepare and serve drinks and food to a high standard, using our menu and drinks selection.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure that the bar area is clean and well-maintained.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our menu, drinks selection, and promotions.
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive team culture.
