Role Overview

At Nigel James Associates Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Divisional Director to join our financial planning team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development within our financial planning division.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion
  • Lead and manage a team of financial planning professionals to deliver exceptional client service and results
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to identify new business opportunities
  • Provide expert financial planning advice to high-net-worth clients and deliver comprehensive, holistic financial planning solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our clients receive the best possible advice and service

Requirements

  • Proven track record of delivering business growth and development in a financial planning or related field
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience of leading and managing high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Chartered or Certified qualifications in financial planning, with a minimum requirement of Level 4 DipFS
