About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team at Lincolnshire Housing Partnership (LHP). As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in driving digital transformation and improving customer experience across our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
  • Apply a structured approach to problem definition, analysis, and solution implementation
  • Proactively discover and understand business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Provide documentation support for requirements gathering, process analysis, and service re-design
  • Act as a partner between the business and technology teams to identify links between requirements and the overall programme plan
Requirements
  • Extensive experience working in digital transformation programmes with a focus on user-centred design
  • Experience overseeing and coordinating all facets of project management, ensuring effective planning, execution, and completion
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team using agile principles
  • Intellectually agile and creative, with a strong analytical mindset
