We are seeking an experienced Engineering Training Officer with a background in Milling and Turning to join our team at Ernest Gordon Recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver training sessions to engineering personnel, ensuring they have the necessary skills to perform their roles effectively.
  2. Develop and maintain training materials and programs, aligning with industry standards and best practices.
  3. Evaluate and assess trainee performance, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
  4. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.

Requirements:
