Your Role as a Dance Specialist:
- Instructional Excellence: Deliver engaging and innovative dance lessons to students across all year groups, primarily focusing on KS4. Cultivate physical fitness, creativity, and self-expression through dynamic teaching methods.
- Curriculum Development: Collaborate with the PE department to refine and enhance the dance curriculum, ensuring it aligns with the evolving needs and interests of students.
- Extracurricular Enrichment: Lead and support extracurricular dance clubs, teams, and events, providing opportunities for student participation and showcasing their talents.
