As we transition to a new recruitment framework, we are assembling a team of 6 Talent Acquisition Specialists in Alderley Park.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a pivotal role in identifying and attracting exceptional talent for the organization. This position demands outstanding sourcing capabilities, a comprehensive understanding of candidate assessment, and the ability to cultivate relationships with a diverse array of potential candidates.

As an experienced recruitment professional with a solid history in talent attraction, you will be crucial in developing attraction campaigns that promote the Royal London brand within both internal and external markets, aiming to draw in talent and foster a diverse and inclusive workplace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Recruitment Business Partners to comprehend hiring requirements and formulate a focused sourcing strategy.
  • Employ various sourcing methods, including direct sourcing, networking, and outreach to passive candidates, to identify and engage high-quality candidates.
  • Conduct comprehensive candidate evaluations, including resume assessments, phone interviews, and detailed interviews, to determine their qualifications and suitability for the position.
  • Present qualified candidates to Recruitment Business Partners, offering thorough evaluations and recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain a talent pipeline of prospective candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for the organization, advocating its values and opportunities to potential candidates.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, market insights, and competitor activities to guide sourcing strategies and candidate targeting.
  • Work alongside Recruitment Business Partners to ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Keep accurate and current candidate records and documentation in the applicant tracking system.

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in a matrixed HR delivery model.
  • Demonstrated success in a recruitment role, either in-house or with a recruitment agency, with an emphasis on candidate sourcing and headhunting.
  • Current knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, including digital channel utilization, and the broader recruitment technology landscape.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building collaborative relationships with candidates at all levels.
  • Proficiency in utilizing various sourcing tools, platforms, and social media channels.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple candidate pipelines effectively.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
