About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Lambeth Council's Smart Meter Installation Team as a Field Operative. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in achieving our goal of becoming a net zero borough by 2030.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the project manager and energy supplier to ensure access to meter locations
  • Travel across the Borough to various sites to address access challenges and implement solutions
  • Communicate effectively with residents via letters and phone calls to secure access and inform them of any supply interruptions
  • Identify, report, and coordinate necessary remedial works at sites to guarantee successful meter installations
