Electrical Maintenance Technician

At Home Group, we're seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our fantastic repairs and maintenance team. As an Electrical Maintenance Technician, you'll carry out high-quality, right-first-time maintenance across our responsive and void properties.
Key Responsibilities:- Complete allocated jobs right first time, with a whole-job repair approach, providing a brilliant service for our customers.
- Test and inspect electrical installations and repairs, ensuring high-quality and compliant work.
- Deliver multi-skilled solutions to improve first-time fixes and prevent multiple visits to customers' homes.
- Work in our properties across the North Lakes, Cumbria, with scheduled jobs to ensure you know exactly where you need to be.
- City and Guilds NVQ Level 3 in electrical installation or equivalent.
- Qualified to 18th edition IET wiring regulations, electrical inspection and testing 2391 and AM2 or equivalent.
- Experience in electrical repairs, installation, testing, and inspection within housing.
- Fault-finding experience and an excellent knowledge to ensure electrical faults are diagnosed and repaired effectively.
- Experience in other building trade areas (multi-skilled).
- A flexible approach, able to use your own initiative and judgment.
- 34 days leave (including bank holidays and a me day to take off for whatever you fancy), increasing to 39 days.
