Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Understanding Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs, and providing strategic advice to ensure the best candidate matches.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying their recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize industry knowledge and networks to source top talent, ensuring a strong pipeline of candidates for our clients.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with market trends and industry developments, providing valuable insights to clients and informing recruitment strategies.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our team of recruitment experts to achieve outstanding results and drive business growth.

Requirements

  • Experience: Proven track record in IT recruitment, with a strong understanding of the technical recruitment market.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the IT industry, including current trends and technologies.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
