Health, Safety & Facilities Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health, Safety & Facilities Manager to join our team in Cambridge. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our employees and visitors, as well as managing our facilities to maintain a professional image.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively manage and control all aspects of our offices to ensure they operate efficiently and effectively.
  • Manage all hard services, including HVAC, mechanical, and electrical systems.
  • Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Lead and manage in-house teams and external service contractors to deliver high-quality facilities management services.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring a safe working environment.

Requirements:

  • NEBOSH General certificate or equivalent.
  • Extensive background in facilities management with excellent understanding of building systems and relevant engineering knowledge.
  • Line management experience and project management skills.
  • Understanding of financial management and budget forecasting.
  • Full, clean driving license and own car for occasional travel.
