We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our team at Klarent Hospitality Head Office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain assigned bedrooms, bathrooms, and public areas to the highest standards.
- Ensure stocks of bathroom and bedroom items are replenished to correct standards.
- Report any defects found in the bedroom, corridors, or public areas to the Head of department.
- Deal with guest complaints in a friendly and efficient manner, always ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the guest experience.
- Contribute to the department and hotel's score by following company controls and procedures.
- Manage working rotas efficiently and ensure all necessary equipment is stocked and ready for use.
- Minimize wastage while maintaining high standards.
- Be energy efficient within the department, turning off lights and equipment when not in use.
- Develop own skills and knowledge through training, communication, and teamwork.
