Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT professional to lead our IT function as the Head of IT Operations. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our IT strategy, ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems, and providing technical guidance to our staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement our IT strategy, aligning with our business objectives and ensuring the effective use of technology to drive business growth.
  • Lead the IT team, providing technical guidance and support to ensure the smooth operation of our IT systems.
  • Manage the IT budget, ensuring effective use of resources and identifying opportunities for cost savings.
  • Monitor and maintain the security of our IT systems, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to support the effective operation of our IT function.
  • Provide training and coaching to the IT team, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their roles effectively.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure the effective use of technology across the organization.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.

Requirements

  • Degree in an IT-related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior IT role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge and experience of IT systems, including cloud computing, cybersecurity, and data analytics.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
