Due to our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Vehicle Damage Assessor (VDA) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring accurate and professional assessments for a wide range of vehicles, including electric and hybrid models.
About the Role- As a VDA Estimator, your primary responsibility is to assess vehicle damage meticulously. You will utilize Audatex software to calculate repair costs and time requirements with precision and professionalism.
- You will collaborate closely with insurance engineers and customers, providing clear and concise assessments in accordance with BSI PAS 10125 standards. Your expertise will ensure repairs are carried out using the correct methods and adhere to industry best practices.
- Your ability to plan your workload effectively is essential to ensure vehicles are repaired within agreed service level agreements (SLAs). You will work diligently to maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment, consistently delivering exceptional results.
We are looking for an experienced VDA with extensive knowledge of estimating damage costs for accident repairs. You possess a strong understanding of Audatex and have experience assessing various vehicle types, including hybrid and electric models.
- You are highly organized and capable of prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- You are proficient in adhering to manufacturers' specifications and possess excellent communication skills.
- Ideally, you hold an ATA qualification in Estimating. We encourage continuous learning and support your professional development through ongoing training opportunities.
