**Key Responsibilities:**

* Supervise and monitor the delivery of care to residents, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and high standards.
* Manage the recruitment, training, and development of staff, promoting a supportive and inclusive environment.
* Oversee the budget and financial management of the home, preparing regular reports for the directors.
* Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality of resident information.
* Promote the home through marketing and sales efforts, highlighting its unique features and benefits.

**Requirements:**

* Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in a care home setting.
* Ability to manage budgets and accounts, with a focus on financial sustainability.
* Commitment to staff training and development, with a focus on person-centered care.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, staff, and external partners.
* Knowledge of regulatory bodies and compliance requirements.
* Familiarity with Person Centred Software (PCS).
