Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate all forms of academic and vocational training related to Electrical Panel wiring, adhering to both company and industry standards.
  • Incorporate innovative teaching methods, including e-learning solutions where applicable.
  • Conduct internal evaluations and audits of trainees and current staff on a regular basis.
  • Assist the organization during recruitment events and interviews.
  • Represent the company positively and ensure compliance with current standards in all personal activities.
  • Engage in professional development and training to meet industry standards, as agreed upon through performance reviews.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
  • Promote equality of opportunity for all trainees, apprentices, and staff.
  • Ensure that training is relevant and aligns with the latest industry standards.
  • Support trainees in their development and collaborate with various departments to ensure a seamless training experience.
  • Uphold all Health and Safety standards as per current industry regulations.
  • Provide additional support on production systems as necessary.
  • Demonstrate proficiency with all systems and a comprehensive understanding of their intricacies.

Qualifications:

  • Completion of an Electrical apprenticeship or equivalent qualifications such as City and Guilds part 3, HNC, or HND.
  • Strong wiring skills, including but not limited to:
    • Expertise in Lead-Free soldering
    • Panel Wiring
    • Ability to interpret wiring schematics and diagrams.
    • Competence in troubleshooting and implementing corrective measures.
    • Proficient PC skills
    • A dedicated team player
  • Effective communication skills at all levels.
  • Comfortable delivering training to individuals across various levels of expertise.
  • Experience in panel wiring and a solid understanding of electronics and PLCs.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in leak detection.
  • Skills in electronic assembly.
  • Possession of a valid driving license.
  • Experience within the Semiconductor Industry.
  • Familiarity with OI PLASMA Systems.
