Job Opportunity: Site Engineer - Civil Engineering

DS Recruiting Services Ltd is seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join their team on a large project near Milton Keynes. The successful candidate will have a minimum of one year's experience in civil engineering and construction, with a strong background in site management and team leadership.

Project Overview:

The project involves civil engineering works, including bridges and associated structures, for a major residential development in the area. The development is expected to be completed over the next few years, with the potential for long-term work for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate site activities, ensuring timely completion of tasks and adherence to project schedules.
  • Lead and motivate a team of site engineers and technicians, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including design and procurement, to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Monitor and control site costs, ensuring budgetary targets are met.

Requirements:

  • Minimum one year's experience in civil engineering and construction, with a strong background in site management and team leadership.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
