Job Description

At Infosys, we're shaping the future of digital transformation. As a Principal Consultant, you'll play a pivotal role in anchoring engagement efforts, from business process consulting to solution design and deployment. Your expertise will guide teams on project processes and deliverables, and you'll be a key advisor to architecture and design reviews.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead B2B Commerce Lex (B2B Commerce Cloud with Lightning LWC) consulting and implementation efforts
  • Develop strong domain and product knowledge on B2B Commerce
  • Design and implement sales/integration solutions using RESTFUL APIs, Apex, and Triggers
  • Drive Salesforce Experience Cloud initiatives
  • Provide functional knowledge on Sales Cloud and B2B Commerce business processes
  • Collaborate with customers to understand requirements and provide SFDC solutions on Commerce
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of consulting and implementation experience in B2B Commerce Lex
  • Strong analytical skills and high degree of initiative and flexibility
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work with business, IT leadership, and Salesforce in product strategy, road mapping, and benchmarking exercises
