Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive General Manager to lead our operations and drive business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the management of our automotive systems and resources, ensuring compliance with legal and financial regulations, and contributing to the development of our business plan.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the operational systems and resources of 20 Stories High, including finance, HR, legal, evaluation, and monitoring.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure effective management and compliance.
  • Manage the financial operations of 20 Stories High, including cash flow forecasts, management accounts, and year-end accounts.
  • Prepare and revise annual budgets, management accounts, and day-to-day finance systems.
  • Ensure the safeguarding of all participants, audiences, and young people new to the organisation.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of 20 Stories High's Equality, Diversity, Inclusion, and Activism plan and activity.
Requirements
  • Passion for supporting and working with culturally diverse, working-class young people, artists, and communities.
  • Knowledge of managing Human Resources, including employers' legal responsibilities.
  • Experience in contracting, negotiation, and project management.
  • Ability to manage company finances, including preparation of management accounts, budgeting, cash flow, and use of accounting software.
