Job Summary

As a key member of our competition law practice, you will play a crucial role in advising clients on complex antitrust matters, including cartel investigations, abuse of dominance, and competition litigation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise clients on antitrust matters, including cartel investigations, abuse of dominance, and competition litigation
  • Draft, advise, and negotiate complex transactions, including merger control and joint venture agreements
  • Conduct research and analysis on competition law issues, including market studies and regulatory compliance
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement competition law strategies for clients
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of experience in competition law, preferably in a top-tier law firm
  • Strong academic credentials and a proven track record of success in a competitive environment
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously
