Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Reactive Recruitment. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in the construction industry, working on projects in the public and private sectors.
Key Responsibilities:- Leading and overseeing of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Preparing contract documents, bills of quantities, and tender packages, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Project cost estimation, monitoring, forecasting, and reporting at all stages, from pre-tender to final account.
- Collaborating with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure successful project delivery.
- Degree-educated Quantity Surveyor (Chartered or working towards Chartership).
- 4+ years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, with a strong background in construction cost management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of staff and clients.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and technical drawings, with a strong understanding of construction cost management software.
