A dynamic and innovative business, Taylor Root, is currently seeking a skilled Private Client solicitor to join their expanding legal team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage estate administration for high-net-worth and ultra-high net-worth clients, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks.
  • Draft complex wills and advise on and administer trusts, providing expert guidance to clients.
  • Effectively manage your own estate administration caseload from case opening to closing, adhering to deadlines and legal requirements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the probate process, providing regular updates and addressing concerns with professionalism and empathy.
  • Assist with succession and estate planning for complex estates, ensuring accurate and compliant documentation.
  • Prepare and review legal documents, ensuring accuracy, compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and internal policies.

Requirements:

  • A qualified solicitor with at least 2 years' PQE in private client law.
  • Previous experience working with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients and managing own caseload.
  • Ability to excel in high-pressure situations and juggle multiple priorities effectively.
