We are on the lookout for a proactive and strategic Director of Strategic Planning to enhance our team. This pivotal role encompasses the management of production planning, ensuring efficient resource allocation, and fulfilling customer needs with accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulate and execute a robust SIOP process for the UK division to synchronize demand, capacity, and lead time management across all product categories.
  • Evaluate internal KPIs and devise action plans aimed at achieving superior performance metrics.
  • Establish a uniform planning framework throughout the UK value chain.
  • Oversee inventory management, encompassing raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished products.
  • Engage with Operations Management and Quality Assurance teams on external supply chain activities.
  • Design cost-efficient production pathways in collaboration with Operations Management and Continuous Improvement teams.
  • Identify and spearhead strategic initiatives to boost productivity and minimize material expenses.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to anticipate and respond to changing customer needs.
  • Provide reports and updates to senior management, including the COO and CEO.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a focus on situational leadership.
