About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Project Worker to join our team at Caern Disability Services. As a key member of our short breaks service, you will play a vital role in supporting children and young people with learning disabilities and/or autism.

About the Service

Caern Disability Services is a leading provider of quality services for young people with learning disabilities and/or autism. Our short breaks service offers respite packages to children and young people aged 5-18, providing them with a safe and supportive environment to thrive.

About You

We are looking for an individual with experience in working directly with children and young people in a similar setting. A relevant professional qualification at SCQF level 7 or above is essential, along with an HNC in social services. You will be passionate about delivering high-quality care and support, with a commitment to creating a positive and inclusive environment for our service users.
