Job Title: Lunchtime Organiser

Job Type: Permanent

Contract Type: Full-time

Hours: 6.15 hours per week

Working Pattern: Term time only

Salary: £3,295 per annum

We are seeking a highly organized and caring individual to join our team as a Lunchtime Organiser. As a key member of our school community, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our lunchtime service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support children during lunchtime, promoting a positive and inclusive environment
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times
  • Assist with the preparation and serving of meals, maintaining high standards of hygiene and presentation
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, staff, and parents
  • Contribute to the overall effectiveness of the school's lunchtime service

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of organization and time management skills
  • Experience working with children, preferably in a school setting
  • Knowledge of child development and behavior management
