About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Care Assistant to join our team in providing high-quality support to individuals in their own homes. As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering personalized care and support to our clients, promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing personal care and support to clients in their own homes
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Preparing meals and snacks, and assisting with light housekeeping
  • Observing and recording client progress, and reporting any concerns to the management team
  • Building relationships with clients and their families, and providing emotional support and companionship

Requirements:

  • Kind, compassionate, and caring approach to care
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable and punctual, with a flexible approach to working hours
  • Ability to lift and move clients safely, and to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle
