We are seeking an experienced analytical chemist to join our team at Puraffinity, a leading advanced materials science company. As an analytical chemist, you will play a critical role in enhancing our analytical capabilities and providing critical insights for product development.
Key Responsibilities- Develop robust QA processes for manufacturing and expand the value from our analytical measurement suite.
- Work in tandem with the product development process to develop applicable analytical test methods for material characterisation and in-process monitoring.
- Collaborate with technical teams to collect and compile data and apply statistical analysis to support the definition of product specifications.
- Lead the procurement of new analytical instruments, develop test methods, validate the methods versus existing data, and write SOPs.
- Streamline data analysis to ensure maximum value from our data.
- Substantial experience in analytical chemistry.
- Experience in method development and validation.
- Experience in industries such as catalysts, pharmaceuticals, or materials science could be beneficial.
- Degree in Chemistry or Analytical Chemistry.
