Our client, a leading Main Contractor, is seeking a skilled Apprentice Estimator to join their team. With a focus on new build and refurbishment projects valued up to £3m, they deliver a wide range of projects across multiple sectors, including commercial, healthcare, leisure, education, and industrial.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify financial, design, production, and contractual risks and opportunities.
  • Issue enquiries and receive quotations from subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Oversee the commercial aspects of projects.
  • Manage subcontractor payments.
  • Handle Variation Accounts and forecast final accounts.
