Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the bar operations, ensuring the highest quality of service and product.
  • Lead and mentor a small team of bar staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
  • Maintain impeccable standards of cleanliness and organization within the bar area.
  • Craft innovative cocktails and train staff on mixology techniques.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a bar or restaurant setting, ideally in a supervisory role.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for delivering top-notch service.
  • Ability to lead a team effectively, promoting a positive and productive atmosphere.
  • Extensive knowledge of cocktails and mixology, with the ability to educate and inspire others.
  • A background in the hospitality industry is preferred but not mandatory.
