Job Summary

The successful candidate will have experience of clinical practice within the urgent care setting, preferably with prior experience of community-based urgent care services. They will work collaboratively with service users and their carers to develop a plan of care that meets their individual needs.

Main Duties
  • Work as part of the urgent care team, providing high-quality mental health services to service users.
  • Contribute to the development of urgent care services, ensuring that they are effective and efficient.
  • Follow safeguarding policies and protocols for children and vulnerable adults, sharing relevant information with other agencies as necessary.
  • Participate in team meetings and activities, working effectively with Urgent Care and Trust colleagues.
