We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Youth Support Worker to join our team at Homes2Inspire. As a key member of our close-knit team, you will play a vital role in providing a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment for young people who have experienced trauma.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build strong, positive relationships with young people, helping them navigate complex emotions and behaviors.
  • Assist with daily routines, medication administration, and ensure the well-being of each young person.
  • Organize and participate in recreational activities that foster a supportive atmosphere and promote healing.
  • Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including healthcare professionals, to ensure holistic care and the best outcomes for the young people you support.

Requirements:
  • A passion for helping others and a genuine desire to make a difference in young people's lives.
  • Previous experience providing emotional and behavioral support is highly desirable, but a willingness to learn and grow is essential.
  • Flexibility and resilience, with the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of the home.
  • A willingness to work towards or a current qualification in QCF Level 3 in Residential Childcare.
