Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Develop Visual Branding: Create visually appealing and consistent branding across our website, social media, catalogues, brochures, marketing materials, presentations, packaging, internal communication, and newsletters.
  • Contribute to Marketing Ideas: Collaborate with our marketing team to develop innovative marketing ideas and produce high-quality visual content that meets our brand standards and budget.
  • Improve Visual Assets: Identify opportunities to enhance our visual brand assets and review our current design processes to ensure they are efficient and effective.
  • Internal Media Centre: Ensure our internal media centre is easily accessible to all team members and maintain a well-organized and up-to-date digital asset library.
  • Video Editing and Production: Edit long and short-form videos, create eye-catching intros and thumbnails, and develop our internal space for filming and photography to increase versatility.
  • Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with emerging design techniques and best practices by completing further training and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Design Degree: Hold a relevant design degree and have a strong understanding of design principles and practices.
  • Experience: Possess at least 3 years of relevant graphic design experience and a proven track record of delivering high-quality design projects within agreed timescales.
  • Software Skills: Have an excellent working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro) and Canva.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and proactively as part of a team.
  • Location: Ideally reside within the Northamptonshire area or be willing to relocate.
