Flexible Conveyancing Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor or Paralegal to join our team in Norfolk. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional client service.

About the Role

This Conveyancing Fee Earner/Paralegal role will involve working on a variety of conveyancing matters, including registered and unregistered sales, freehold and leasehold properties, new builds, and shared ownership. You will also be responsible for re-mortgages, transfers of equity, and Help to Buy schemes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct conveyancing work from inception to completion
  • Manage a portfolio of clients and cases
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless case progression
  • Meet targets and deadlines for case completion

Requirements

To be successful in this Conveyancing Solicitor or Paralegal role, you will need to have:

Experience in conveyancing, either as a Solicitor or ParalegalStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamHigh level of organization and time management skills
