Job Title: Pastoral Support Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyse and document behaviour incidents to ensure effective support and intervention.
  • Update PBS plans, risk assessments, and missing person reports to maintain accurate records.
  • Provide individual pastoral support to students, promoting their emotional and social well-being.
  • Communicate effectively with staff, students, and families regarding behaviour and pastoral matters.
  • Organize and facilitate pastoral training sessions for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Essential Criteria:
  • While experience in SEN or a psychology degree is beneficial, full training will be provided.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
  • All candidates must be willing to undergo safeguarding checks, including a DBS check and two references covering the past three years.
