Job Title: Digital Operations Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Operations Director to join our team at the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing (ISTD). As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our digital services and driving our digital transformation strategy forward.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in digital services, ideally within a membership or educational environment. You will be responsible for leading the development and delivery of complex digital systems, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and delivery of our digital strategy, ensuring alignment with our business objectives and strategic priorities.
  • Manage the digital project governance board and ensure effective project management practices are in place.
  • Collaborate with the Chief Executive Officer, Directors, and direct reports to ensure key performance indicators are consistently achieved.
  • Support and nurture staff development to ensure high-quality delivery of all services.
  • Research and gather business intelligence to support effective business development.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience of working at a senior level role in digital services, ideally within a membership or educational environment.
  • Proven track record of the successful development and delivery of complex digital systems.
  • Substantial project management experience and a proven ability to set, control, and report on budgeting.
  • Proven knowledge of data management and the associated legislative requirements.
  • Sound understanding of facilities management and the associated legislative requirements.
