Associate Head Teacher

We are seeking an exceptional candidate to join our leadership team as an Associate Head Teacher at Melksham Oak Community School.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the effective running of the school, ensuring the highest academic, behavioural and professional standards are maintained at all times. They will provide visible and proactive leadership across all areas of school life, reporting directly to the Executive Headteacher and deputising for them as required.

• Provide leadership and guidance to staff to ensure the highest standards of teaching and learning
• Develop and implement effective strategies to improve student outcomes and achievement
• Contribute to the development and implementation of the school's curriculum and policies
• Support the Executive Headteacher in the management of the school
