Job Description

Monster is seeking a highly experienced Chief Sales Officer to lead our combined sales organization. As a key member of our executive leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and leading our sales organization to achieve exceptional results.

Sales Strategy & Execution
  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with our overall business objectives.
  2. Identify new markets, growth opportunities, and potential partnerships to drive revenue growth.
  3. Drive rigorous sales development execution and oversight, and KPI management including forecasting, revenue projections, and pipeline management.
  4. Implement effective customer retention strategies and help develop a thriving customer base.
  5. Develop a detailed knowledge of Monster's product offerings and drive adoption of knowledge and strategy execution to the sales and success teams.
  6. Collaborate on sales campaigns that align to revenue targets, budget, and P&L plan.
Leadership & Team Development
  1. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team to drive business growth and execution of sales strategy.
  2. Guide career development for the sales leaders and sales and success team members, including leading in a high-growth culture.
  3. Set clear performance goals, provide ongoing coaching, and create a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Customer Relationship Management
  1. Establish and maintain excellent relationships with C-level executives of key target clients and channel partners.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment
  1. Work closely with other departments, including marketing, product, technology, and customer service, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
  1. Drive innovation within the sales organization by continuously seeking ways to improve sales effectiveness and efficiency.
  2. Leverage data to enhance the customer experience and increase revenue.

This is a leadership role responsible for managing a senior team of Sales leaders. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of growing revenue through the optimization of existing and creation of new sales channels, marketing, branding, and partnerships.

In setting compensation, Monster complies with all local wage and hour laws.
