Future Select Recruitment is seeking a skilled Water Systems Technician to support our client’s operations in the Yorkshire area.
Applicants must possess at least a Level 2 Plumbing qualification and demonstrate a thorough understanding of the ACOP L8 regulations.
Our client is a reputable organization specializing in Water Hygiene and Legionella management, offering promising training opportunities for qualified candidates.
Service Areas Include:
Various locations within the Yorkshire region.
Qualifications and Experience Required:
- Proven experience as a Plumber in a recognized organization
- Familiarity with Water Hygiene and Legionella responsibilities
- Minimum Level 2 Plumbing qualification (or equivalent)
- G3 Vented & Unvented certification is advantageous but not mandatory
- Strong knowledge of ACOP L8 regulations
Key Responsibilities:
- Performing various plumbing and remedial tasks, including TMV servicing and deadleg removals
- Conducting ACOP L8 related duties, such as cleaning Cold Water Storage Tanks and routine water sampling
- Managing a diverse portfolio of sites, including local authority properties
- Preparing detailed reports and maintaining logbooks
- Willingness to travel as required by the role
