  • **BMS System:** Monitor and maintain the Building Management System (BMS) to ensure optimal system performance.
  • **UPS Systems:** Monitor and maintain Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems to ensure optimal system performance.
  • **General Building Fabric:** Perform routine maintenance on general building fabric, including walls, floors, and ceilings.
  • **Escort Subcontractors:** Escort subcontractors to ensure they have access to all areas of the building.

Requirements:

  • **Mechanical Qualifications:** Must hold mechanical trade certificates, including City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2 & 3.
  • **Proven Track Record:** Must have a proven track record in commercial or property maintenance.
  • **Excellent Customer Service Skills:** Must have excellent customer service skills and be able to work effectively with colleagues and clients.
  • **Honest, Hard Working, and Reliable:** Must be honest, hard working, and reliable, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality work.
